Patrick Goodin

Seek and Destroy!
Patrick started drifting in 2007 with some of his good friends at local events. Patrick started competing in small events in 2008 and 2009. 2010 was Patrick's first year of Pro-Am competition and he placed 2nd overall in the Street Wise Drift Pro-Am series. Patrick attended the 2010 Formula Drift Pro-Am Nationals at Round 7 of Formula Drift. In top 16 practice, Patrick wrecked the car on the inside wall. His awesome team and friends helped him get the car back out for competition. Patrick was not able to advance against John Russakoff and that ended his 2010 season. Patrick came back strong for the 2011 season with a new car and upped his horsepower from 300 to 440. Patrick managed to finish on the podium 4 out of the 5 rounds, won the Streetwise Drift Pro-Am Championship and earned his Formula Drift License.

Ken Gushi

I am the driver of the Greddy/Scion Racing Hankook FR-S. Drifting was introduced to me as a young teenager even before having my license. My father has been my role model growing up. At the age of 15, I became a professional driver in the Formula Drift Series. In 2005, I finished the FD series in overall 3rd place championship ranking. I also have experience doing rally, autocross, time attack, and some road racing. In 2011, I won the Toyota Pro Celebrity Race in the Long Beach Grand Prix. Stunt driving is also in my resume. Check me out.

Kenneth Moen

Kenneth Moen
Kenneth Moen began his career in go-karting, and has since been found on the podium in race, rally and drifting. His charismatic personality and driving style makes him a crowd favorite. Kenneth is also one of the founders of drifting in Norway and has won the Norwegian drift series in 2008 and 2009. Kenneth also won the Nordic drift series in 2010, and took part in a series of drifting demonstrations all over Europe. Kenneth is definitely one of the biggest drifting profiles in Europe. But this year Lutz Performance has sponsored Kenny to make sure he has a very successful year in Formula D driving his Nissan 350Z. This is one of the world's most famous drifting cars as this has won the American drifting series Formula D in 2007 and 2008 with driver Tanner Foust. The car was purchased by Moen and won the Norwegian series Powerdrift 2009. The car has 550-bhp and is packed with the best parts. Now Lutz Performance under the close supervision of Team member George Kiriakopoulos (Manager at Lutz Performance) has dedicated lots of his time to ensure a smooth season for Kenneth. We are going pedal to the metal and nothing will get in our way!

Bugatti Veyron: just 50 left

Bugatti Veyron: just 50 left

Need a 254mph convertible on your driveway? Move quick: the world’s fastest car is nearly sold out

Bad news for the discerning billionaire desiring precisely 51 Veyrons to fill his or her very long, very expensive driveway: Bugatti has announced it will build just 50 more Veyron convertibles before putting the record-breaking hypercar to rest.
The 400th Veyron has just rolled off the Molsheim production line, a ‘Wimille edition' Grand Sport Vitesse, one of Bugatti's six-part ‘Legends' run.
Since 2005, Bugatti has produced its full run of 300 Veyron coupes and, so far, 100 roadsters, which leaves just 50 drop-top Veyrons to come before one of the most significant chapters of automotive history closes.
Quite how Bugatti can follow the world's fastest car is as yet a mystery. With the future of the four-door Galibier still apparently up in the air, it's at this stage unclear whether the ultra-performance wing of VW will attempt to out-fast its own record breaker, or pursue a different avenue.
But for now, if you're in the market for a 1200bhp, million-quid, 254mph convertible, you'd better get a wriggle on: once the Veyron's gone, there's not much out there that'll fit the brief.
For the rest of us, the question remains: after Jean-Pierre Wimille, Jean Bugatti and Meo Costantini, who are the other three luminaries to be honoured in the ‘Les Legendes de Bugatti' run? Surely James May is in with a shot?

Drifting cars

best drift video ever

This is professional dorifotu kingu, Ryan Tuerck, testing out the new turbo on his 828 bhp GT86. And he's found what may rank as the finest road... in the world. This utterly perfect wiggle of tarmac is hidden in rural Oregon, USA, where Tuerck's joined by fellow Formula Drift driver Rob Primo in a Nissan Silvia. There is tyre smoke. There is much limiter bouncing. And... that's about it. No wrecking balls, no gorillas on Segways, no Bollywood dancing. Which goes to show that, despite the undeniable excellence of Ken Block's Gymkhana series, all you really need is (1) a closed road, (2) 800bhp of rear-drive turbo goodness and (3) the oversteer skills of a demi-god. Not much to ask, is it?
